DoD STARBASE Kingsley, located in beautiful south central Oregon, first began serving students hands-on engaging STEM-Ed 28 years ago, in 1993.
The first of four STARBASE schoolhouses in Oregon, the Program is hosted by the 173 Fighter Wing on Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base, in Klamath Falls.
The Kingsley Team proudly serves every 5th grade student in the Klamath Basin, offering 25 hours of customized, exemplary STEM curriculum, as an outreach program. Our focus is on empowering the local youth to explore, discover and engineer using science, technology, and math, in a team environment.
